We feel that with this welcoming atmosphere, Halo is the perfect place to come relax and forget all of your day to day troubles whilst having your hair services completed from anything to a weekly cleanse and finish, to a complete hair makeover.
Katie Front of House
Hi, I’m Katie and I am likely to be the first point of contact at Halo, whether its via phone, email or popping in. I am based on reception and will try my best to ensure your appointments are booked in the diary as convieniently as possible.
My role also includes staff appraisals, health and safety, staff contracts, monitoring of staff targets and all the ordering for the salon.
I would like to think my strengths are my
friendly, approachable nature, and my communication skills. Most problems can be solved by talking. My favourite part of the job so far has been talking to such wonderful and interesting clients and hopefully making them a good cup of tea!
I started with halo in Feb 2017 and I have loved every second. I was very excited to attend the l’oreal academy in London and had a fantastic salon management training day with Simon Shaw.
I would like to think that one day I will be managing more than one halo salon! But for now I just aim to keep this one running smoothly and keeping the clients, staff and owners happy!
